RYT-500 Certified Yoga Teacher, Meditation Facilitator & Creative Healing Practitioner.
My journey into wellness began with a simple realization — healing is not about becoming someone else, but about reconnecting with who we truly are. Soul Bloom was born from that truth: a safe, nurturing space where you can heal, grow, express yourself freely and rediscover balance.
Harshita completed her 200-hour and 300-hour Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow teacher trainings at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram, Rishikesh — months of daily sadhana, philosophy, anatomy and teaching practice, closed with a sacred havan and a garland of marigolds.
Every class she teaches carries that lineage: disciplined in method, soft in delivery.
Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and creative healing practices, I support people in cultivating harmony between the mind, body and soul — empowering them to build sustainable wellbeing and live with greater presence and purpose.
Opening yourself to your own healing takes courage. Whether you arrive carrying burnout from work, anxiety that will not quieten, or simply the sense that something in your life wants more room to breathe — you will be met with compassion, not judgment.
