A live, personal practice with Harshita Pawar, RYT-500 — not a video to follow, but a teacher who sees you, adapts to you, and travels with you through a screen. From ₹1,200 a session.
You need less than you think: a phone or laptop with a camera, a mat's worth of floor, and clothes you can move in. In the first minutes Harshita guides you to angle the camera so she can see your full body — that's what makes this a real class and not a video. She watches your breath and alignment live, corrects gently, and slows down or builds up depending on how you actually arrive that day.
Sessions blend movement, breathwork and meditation in whatever proportion your body is asking for — a stiff morning gets more mobility, a racing mind gets more breath. Between sessions, you get simple practices to carry into your day.
Most Soul Bloom students start with zero experience. Your first session is a gentle assessment — how you move, how you breathe, what you need — and everything is built from there. No flexibility required, ever.
Early-morning and evening slots that fit around meetings, including a dedicated evening batch for working professionals. Practices that target what desks do to bodies: tight hips, stiff necks, shallow breath, busy minds.
For anyone who prefers their own space — seniors, new mothers, people in cities where Harshita isn't touring yet. The camera comes to you; the practice meets you where you are.
Honest prices, published openly. Every package is one-to-one, live, and personalised.

Yes — most Soul Bloom students begin as complete beginners. The first session starts with a personal assessment, and every practice after that is built around your body, your pace and your goals.
A phone or laptop with a camera, a mat's worth of floor space, and clothes you can move in. Harshita guides the camera angle in the first minutes so she can see your alignment clearly.
Yes — the registration form asks about your health history so every practice can be adapted safely, and 1:1 sessions mean nothing is one-size-fits-all. Please share honestly; yoga meets you where you are.
A video cannot see you. In a live 1:1 session your teacher watches your breath and alignment in real time, corrects gently, and adjusts the practice to how you actually arrive that day — tired, stiff, anxious or energised.
After you register, Harshita speaks with you on WhatsApp and you agree on session times together — including early-morning and evening slots for working professionals.
Registration takes two minutes. Harshita replies personally on WhatsApp.
